1Do I Need To Backup & Clear Data On My Device Before Submitting For Repair?

If possible please ensure your data is backed up. If it cannot be backed up we offer various services to help you rescue your data. These services do have a cost and are not covered under any warranty. Please understand we take the safety and security of your information very seriously but are not responsible for any data loss during repair.

2Is BlueRidgeMac Authorized By Apple To Repair Its Devices?

BlueRidgeMac is an authorized apple repair center with all work done by certified technicians.

3What warranty is offered on repairs done at your location?

BlueRidgeMac offers a 90-day warranty on out-of-warranty repairs.

4What is the Turn Around Time for IOS Device repair?

Turn around time is based on the service member and part availability. Appointments are given preference on both as long as we know what model you have ahead of time. Turn around time for walk-in iPhone repairs will be based on part availability as well. If the part is not in stock please be ready to leave your phone for 24-48 hours as we wait for part shipment. We do have a limited stock of iPhone displays, cameras, and batteries. Whole unit replacements always have to be ordered and shipped for any repair. We do retain the device if we have to order a part.

5What is the Turn Around Time for Desktops and Laptops?

The usual turnaround time is about 3-5 business days depending on how difficult it is to replicate the reported issue.

6Do you repair Apple devices that have an Apple warranty?

We offer authorized warranty service on any Apple product that falls under Apple's one-year limited warranty or extended AppleCare Plus warranty. If your repair falls under a warranty agreement or repair extension program there will be no fee for the repair of your equipment.

7Can I get my Apple device repaired if it's out of warranty?
Yes, we can perform any repair that falls out of warranty on Apple products. We have a $69 diagnostic fee and will contact you before moving forward with any repairs.
